Jeff Shinske
Safety Manager
Jeff has over 20 years’ experience in commercial construction safety. He approaches his job with three goals in mind: 1) zero accidents, 2) zero lost time, and 3) send every Campbell employee home safely at the end of the day. His focus is unrelenting; whether it’s writing a site-specific safety plan, conducting a jobsite safety inspection, or enforcing Campbell’s company safety program. While Jeff’s primary focus is Campbell, he also provides feedback, both positive and negative, to other jobsite trades and works closely with the general contractor’s jobsite Superintendent to ensure overall jobsite safety. After all, safety is blind; an unsafe activity on a jobsite, regardless of the responsible party, jeopardizes the safety of everyone on the jobsite. Jeff’s safety credentials include Authorized OSHA Trainer, Authorized USACE Trainer, Authorized ASHI/ATEM Trainer, Advanced Life Support (ALS) CPR and First Aid Trainer, and Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and First Aid Trainer. Jeff is OSHA 30/OSHA 10 qualified and a certified trainer for aerial lifts, forklifts, excavators, and more.
